General Questions

- How to search products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

- How to place an order in store?

When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details. Choose variables (like color, weight or quantity), Click on “ADD TO CART” button. If you have a coupon or want to update cart, do it, than click on ” PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” button. In next page enter you details and complete order.

- Why my order status is "Canceled"?

Orders are not cancelled for no reason. If your order is Cancelled, it means that you made exactly the same order, or over the term of the payment. If you have any additional question or inquiry, please contact with us by “Contact Us” page.

- How to leave a review about the product on the website?

  • Go to the product page on which You want to leave a review.
  • Login with any social media
  • Click on “REVIEWS” button under product details/image
  • On the right side find out “ADD A REVIEW” section for keep your review

- How long will my order take and when will it be shipped?

Usually orders are processing and shipped within 1-6 business days (for some products the period may be extended). After sending the order you will receive an email to your specified e-mail. Your order history You can always look status of your order on the Tracking page.

- Is it possible to change/remove the already existing order?

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must Contact Us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

- What if after receiving the order was that the product did not come complete/different or broken?

This is only possible because of an error in the packager at the warehouse of our supplier, and has nothing to do with the intention to deceive you. About breakage – this can occur as the goods are delivered by mail. If something happened, then please Contact Us and we will solve the question, as we are always on your side.

- What about customs fee?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

- How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

- How much will cost shipping for me?

- Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

- Will you need something to pay upon delivery?

No. You just receive the parcel at the shipping address you have specified on your order by ePacket or EMS.

- My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

- I have ordered several products and received several tracking numbers. Why?

If You received multiple tracking numbers, it means that the goods of your order are sent in different parcels and you will get them, likely at different times. This is because, not all products we have in stock and they can be shipped from our suppliers directly to the address you provided when ordering.

- How I can make payment?

Payment methods include PayPal and credit cards.

PayPal is a safe and easy way to send and receive money on the Internet. When you choose PayPal as a payment method, you will go to the PayPal site where you can make a payment.

PayPal can be used to purchase goods with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express), debit card or electronic check (i.e. using a regular bank account).

- What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.

- How payment will be processing by PayPal?

  1. After viewing your items in your shopping cart, you can click and check with PayPal. Then you leave our site and enter the PayPal website.
  2. You can log in to your PayPal account, or you can create a new one if you have not received one.
  3. You can use PayPal as you want according to the instructions on the screen.

Usually, a PayPal e-check will take 3-5 working days to be confirmed by PayPal.

- The reasons - why we recommend you to use PayPal?

Payment is traceable. Using your PayPal account, you can track the status of your payment.

When you make a payment for your order, you do not need to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). When you use your credit card through PayPal, no one sees your credit card number, which will minimize the risk of unauthorized use.
